Shipping & returns
We ship our products ourselves. Before leaving our premises, each item is carefully inspected and packaged, in order to make sure that it will reach you in perfect condition. We only use shipping companies that we trust will deliver your order safely and in time. We have teamed up with DHL and we deliver your ceramics in 3-5 business days wherever you may live around the globe!
Where we ship
We can ship to most countries in the world.
We do not ship to Russia due to their customs regulations.
If you do not reside in Greece or the EU, please note that on top of the order payment, you will have to bear any customs charges when your order reaches your country. We have no control over these, and advise you to contact your local customs office. If you do not know how to do this, please contact us and we will be happy to help you in this respect.
Shipping cost
The shipping cost is automatically calculated during checkout, on geographical location and an order’s total weight.
Processing times
3-5 business days for ready to ship items and 4-6 weeks for made to order ceramics and shirts.

Returns
We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. All of our pieces have a unique story and character, so we want you to be happy with our products and our service. We have a 30 day exchange policy on all items except for custom orders. If you are not completely satisfied with a product, you can return it for a refund or replacement. Please note that we do not refund shipping costs.
For all returns and exchanges, your items must be unused and in the same condition you received them. They must also be in their original packaging.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service, or purchasing shipping insurance. Otherwise we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned items and cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit by carriers.
Customized/personalized orders cannot be returned.

If you receive any product which is broken, damaged or defective, we kindly request that you contact customer service info@eugeniagerontara.gr for instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirmation. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Gifts
If the item was a gift or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
